1. Protect Your Cards

Following the visual above, place each card into a penny sleeve, then slide the card into a semi-rigid card holder or also called storage sleeves. These items can best be purchased on Amazon or Ebay.

2. Gather Protected Cards

2. Gather Protected Cards

Once you have sleeved all the cards you are submitting in your order, we suggest gathering them in stacks of 10-15 cards per stack. This will help you in the next step.

3. Secure Cards

3. Secure Cards

After you have your stack/stacks ready, you will need to add a cutout of cardboard to the top and bottom of your stack shown in the picture above. This will add padding to your sleeved cards for extra protection and you will need to secure the cardboard cutouts with a rubber band or painters tape.

4. Package Cards

Now that your stack/stacks are ready, you will need to put them in a shipping box along with the packing slip that was provided to you. Please make sure you choose a box that is sturdy and durable as you do not want your box crushed or damaged during the shipping process. Pack each box tightly with bubble wrap or shipping paper. This will help eliminate the shifting of your cards in transit.

5. Label and Ship

5. Label and Ship

With your cards now securely packaged, you will need to purchase your shipping label from your preferred shipping company. You need to ship your order to the address listed on your packing slip. We suggest you ship your package with tracking for your records and also purchase insurance in case your cards are lost or damaged by the shipping company.
