Game-On Grading Submission Guide

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on signing up, placing an order, making payment, and shipping your cards. Plus view the Card Packaging Guide for our recommended method to safely ship your cards to us.

Placing an Order

Placing an order is as easy as 1-2-3 or in this case 1 through 6! Below are six simple steps on how to place an order with Game-On Grading.

1. Sign Up

Simply fill in all the required information and create your password. The email you submit will be the email that is used for automated updates throughout the grading process as well as packing slips and shipping labels.

2. Start A New Order

Once you have created your account, you will click on the "Start A New Order" tab to begin the process of submitting a card.

3. Add New Cards

Now you will need to click the "Add New Card" tab. This will bring you to the section to fill out your card description as well as choose your label design. Here you will also choose your declared card value and insurance will be added based on the declared value you submitted. Repeat process for each card. Please Note: When your order is complete and we are ready to ship them back to you, the amount of insurance we add is based only on the declared value that you submitted.

4. Choose Turn Around Time

Once you have added all the cards for your order, you will then choose which Turn Around Time you want. The Turn Around Time you choose will be for the entire order. You can not mix and match the Turn Around Time for each card. If you wish to receive some cards quicker than others you will need to submit separate orders.

5. Make A Payment

Once you have chosen your Turn Around Time, you will see the Order Summary breaking down the total amount due as well as the total amount of Game-On Points earned. You will then click the Checkout option bringing you to the section for payment. Here you will need to fill out your shipping information as well as payment details. Then you will submit your payment.

6. Ship Your Cards

Once payment has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the packing slip that will need to be printed out and shipped along with the cards in your order. Each packing slip will contain a QR code that is specific to your order and we must receive it in your shipment of cards.
