Game-On Grading Return Policy

Game-On Grading has a 15 day return policy.

All Game-On Returns Our Return Policy

Game-On Grading has a 15 day return policy; this means we must receive your return request within 15 calendar days of you receiving your item. To begin a return, please email support@game-ongrading.com. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you receive them. You must also have a copy of your packing slip for proof of purchase. Once we review your return request, and if it is accepted, we will send you return instructions via email along with a prepaid shipping label. Any items returned back to Game-On Grading without following our Return Policy will not be accepted. Contact Support if you have any questions prior to submitting your return request.

Returns For Game-On Graded Cards

We do not offer returns on submission for authenticating or grading. If a card is unable to be authenticated or is deemed ungradable, the card will be labeled as such and returned back to you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you do not agree with the grade assigned to the item. If any item is received from Game-On Grading damaged or containing label errors, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your package and we will provide you with a solution to correct the error. Once approved return items are received by Game-On Grading, we will make it a priority to correct any said errors and ship the item back to you within 15 business days. All items will be shipped with a tracking number. However, in the unlikely event the shipping company should lose the item in-transit, an insurance claim will be filed on your behalf.

Returns For Game-On Rewards Orders

For reward redemption items, there are no monetary refunds offered, as all reward items are redeemed using Game-On Points. However, should your item arrive damaged, defective, or the incorrect product is delivered, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package, and we will provide you with a solution to correct the error. All redeemed items that are factory sealed must be unopened to be eligible for returns. Exchanges are not possible for every situation due to the fact that inventory can change daily. In some cases we may only have one of a particular item in stock. In that case you would receive a reimbursement of Game-On Points to redeem a different item once Game-On Grading has received said item back, per Return Policy requirements.
